We do not collect any data. Prompt Preparer does not:

Data Storage
All data created by Prompt Preparer is stored locally in your browser using Chrome's built-in storage API. This includes:
- Your saved prompt templates
- Draft prompts in progress

- Is only accessible by the extension
- Can be cleared at any time by removing the extension or clearing browser data

Why we need it: To copy your formatted prompts to clipboard when you click "Copy Prompt"

Why we need it: To inject the floating overlay interface on the webpage you're viewing
What we do: Display the prompt builder interface on the current tab
What we don't do: We don't read, modify, or collect data from the webpage
Host Permissions (All URLs)
Why we need it: To make the floating overlay available on any website you visit
What we do: Inject our UI components so you can use the extension anywhere
What we don't do: We don't access, read, or modify the content of web pages
Third-Party Services
Prompt Preparer does not use any third-party services, APIs, or analytics tools.

Prompt Preparer is open source. You can review the complete source code to verify our privacy claims.
Children's Privacy
Prompt Preparer does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since we don't collect any data at all, the extension is safe for all ages.
